Last weekend was Bromjam

In 1907 Robert Baden Powell had the idea to hold an experimental camp on Brownsea Island in Poole Harbour where he brought together boys from a variety of backgrounds in what became the very first Scout Camp. From these small beginnings the greatest youth movement that the world has EVER seen started. Scouting is now available in over 214 Countries all across the globe and has over 60 million members
In 2007 Scouts (and Cubs, Beavers, Explorers, Networkers, Fellowship Members, Parents, Leaders, Friends and anyone else that knows us!) will be celebrating 100 Years of Scouting. In Bromley this is being celebrated with our BromJam 2007 event being held at Downe Campsite over the weekend of 6th-8th July 2007

Which was quite a blast. Some people got very drunk and others not so.

On Thursday i had a job interview, there was 2 positions going but unfortunately i did not get any of them. Though i was the 3rd choice.


Next week is Beltring and me and my brother have been invited to camp with people who have a fare few military landrovers. I should be taking my camera so expect some photos.

Well Today is the first day of my work experience. In an hour or so’s time I should be doing some it work.

All without my glasses

Well today I have had my hair cut – not that you can tell though. 8 Pounds for a shampoo and cut. That’s why I don’t really like going to the hairdressers , it doesn’t seam worth spending the money on that.

I also got myself a ouster card for the first time with 10 pounds credit.

I have also got 2 weeks work experience at Raveswood School (the place where I do my Cisco course) that’s an 8:15 to 4:30 evey day next week. I don’t know about next week. I start on Monday.

I had a call from a Physiotherapy Clinic today. I had e-mail my CV to them after hearing about a Receptionist job. after talking about 20 mins She asked if I could go in for a interview/ See how the place is run kind of thing.

So fingers crossed I might have a job soon.
Well i havent Herd back from them but i do have a pictuer of a acident that was on the way to the intervierw.

At work tommow im going to have to cook over 75 christmass lunches. then come home and do family things.

And then go to work again boxing day.

Tripple time on christmass day and time and a 1/2 on boxing day. looks like im getting eveyones presents next week sometime

Well apart form working this week. Wich was boring to say the least - I have been (on wednesday - thersday - friday ) Bag packing at Bromley Sainsberrys . with the scouts . Wich was also boring- but not that boring as i have a new phone - an Orange SVPC550. With irda and blue-tooth. It has a camera as well - so expect more pcituers from me.

As per normal i realy dident think that anyone would be intrested in what i was doing.

Website work-
I have been working on test.mumbles-uk.com = my wp 2.0 test . Also doing some theme work .

Scout wise - on thersday we went on a london walk - the jack the ripper walk - we went early so we could grab a curry- our choise of curry shop was poor - both teh walk and the curry wasent reay worth the money.
Friday was the last Scout night for the year - wee meet back agoign 2 weeks after christmass i think

Work Work-
I quit work on the 28th december 2005 - ill be jobless after then. have been sorting out my cv and trying to think of places to hand them in.

Well today I handed in my notice. I leave my current job on the 28th December. I should realy start looking for another job.

As per normal i have to go into work on a sunday, this means having about an hour to get ready and then a 15 -20 minit cycle into work. Then i have to get all the stuff ready, and then go and carve 6 joints of meat and probally today 4 crowns of chickin breasts. I hate carving
