Constantly changing, ever evolving.

as the title says l i am back from my holiday and have been back for a while but as per normal just haven’t had anything interesting to put up on-line.

This weekend i have been finally doing the site redesign on the the family’s website and tidying up my shell account on borknet. I say tidying up , they change hosts and i just asked ober not not put any backups on-line. So if you go to http://alt-f4.co.uk and cant find anything please let me know.

The host we use www.dreamhost.com had some networking problems. More to come on this later.

Ok guys and girls a few things have happened to me since i last pasted.

My XDA MINI S decided to brake down on me so now im using an old Nokia brick instead. I did not how much i had came to use that phone. The 02 shop said it will be back in 2 weeks time.

I have updated my Mint package to the new version and made it track my webcam page

I have also started to work on my home server ask me for details

and my laptop had a xp reinstall

I will post more soon as well i think

Ok i have Finally gotten Gnump3d to work on my home server. its only taken me about 3 days on and off of messing about with it. eveything worked fine after i pasted everything into /var/music/ .

now ive only got to get the network sharing to work.

And The Firewall is still running fine.

Well the server put into a newer machine and just in time to as the old box was getting crunkie .

After having trouble with the boot options i finally got ubuntu installed and then spent a while getting apache , mysql, webmin and various others to work. I still haven’t got gnump3d working yet though.
